Janson Bridging International, a globally operating and specialized bridge supplier and contractor, is looking for an ambitious and driven Business Development & Sales Manager to strengthen our team and lead growth in key markets.

The Role:
As our Business Development & Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing our international growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, and fostering long-term client relationships. This is a high-impact, independent role with the chance to shape the infrastructure landscape in developing markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional marketing and sales strategies.
- Identify new markets, establish partnerships, and manage distributor relationships.
- Lead complex sales processes, including proposal writing, tendering, and contract negotiation.
- Structure commercial and concessional export project financing, managing credit risks and insurance.
- Build and maintain a robust customer portfolio through acquisition and proactive relationship management.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to drive product innovation and business continuity.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, finance, etc.) to deliver successful solutions.
- Participate in international exchanges, local market visits, trade shows, and targeted campaigns.
- Willingness and ability to travel on a regular basis to meet clients, attend events, and explore new markets.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, commerce, engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within an international setting.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of closing complex deals.
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
- Understanding of international project finance, export credit, and risk management.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in diverse cultural environments.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.
